Towel Team

The Towel Team is a group of volunteers that attend the Chapel ready to assist others in practical or care needs.

...from Carpentry...to Yard work...to Meals...our group will try to meet the emergent needs of those in the body without the skills, ability or availability for a particular need. The Towel team is not a hand-out... it is a hand up.

If you can give a hand up please fill out and submit the following information:

I am willing to serve the body in these ways (check all that apply):

The Process:
When a need is identified, it is brought to the attention of a Small Group leader, the Chapel office (428-1881 or e-mail them at info@vbcchapel.org), or in some cases the Deacon of Care (DOC).

The DOC will gather information as to the nature of the need and determine if it is something that the group can help with. The DOC will attempt to get a volunteer to contact the person in need and arrange a time for the assistance. Please e-mail the chapel if you wish to join this team and someone will be in touch with you shortly: info@vbcchapel.org
