We serve a great God who is worthy to be praised! At VBCC we believe that worship should not be a "spectator sport," but rather a lifestyle for everyone who is a part of the church. In the past, we have been blessed with many people who have graciously given of their time and talents. Now we believe that it is time to expand the team so more people can participate, and we would like for you to prayerfully consider what position you could play on TEAM WORSHIP!


Musicians:
Orchestra/Praise Band
New members should be middle school age or older, be proficient on their instrument and have the ability to read music/chord charts. All muscians who play band, orchestra and rhythm instruments are welcome. Practice is on Thursday Evenings from 6:30-8:00pm

Praise Choir
New members do not have to be trained muscians! Musical training and mentoring will be provided. New members must be middle school age or older. Practice is on Thursday Evenings from 7:15-8:45pm

Praise Teams
Praise Team members will be drawn from Praise Choir and Youth Praise Team participants and should be high school age or older.Practice is on Thursday Evenings from 6:30-7:45pm

Tech Positions:
Sound Engineering
New members must be willing to participate in training or experienced in running sound. Engineers are responsible for one Sunday and the practice the previous Thursday night from 6:15-8pm.

Lights OR PowerPoint
New members must be willing to partcipate in training or experienced in running PowerPoint or lighting. Technicians would be responsible for one Sunday and practice the previous Thursday night from 6:15-8pm.



Visual Artists:
Use your creative and artistic abilities to add visual interest to the sanctuary and other areas of the facility.

Hospitality Team:
Coordinate refreshments on Sunday mornings for worship participants.

Music Librarians:
Coordinate the sorting, distribution and re-filing of music each week for the Orchestra/Praise Band, Choir and Praise Teams

Publicity, Programs & Communications:
Coordinate communication within Team Worship, as well as creating publicity and programs for special eevents and concerts.
