Pioneer Clubs' mission is to serve God by providing the most effective and educationally sound programs to help children follow Christ in every aspect of life.

Pioneer Clubs helps kids have fun, learn new skills, build relationships, study the Bible, and ultimately, learn to live for Christ in every aspect of life.

Noncompetitive
Pioneer Clubs emphasizes cooperation over competition. Simply put, we've found that the concepts of "winning" and "losing" work against the biblical principles of encouragement and mutual support. Our goal is to have each child experience a sense of accomplishment and satisfaction.

Skill Building
Pioneer Clubs' curriculum offers a wide variety of skill-building activities that are an essential part of the club program. These activities enable children to grow as whole persons by developing a variety of skills and abilities. Club helps children experience achievement and deepen their sense of self-worth. Pioneer Clubs' curriculum offers a wide range of skill-building activities that include the arts, camping, sports, personal development and relationships, and hobbies.

Award Recognition
The Pioneer Clubs award recognition system includes requirements for Bible and activity awards that are built into meeting plans. All club members gain skills and earn awards through regular participation in club. Club members work together to earn awards. Each child is encouraged to do his or her best. The emphasis of the non-competitive award recognition system is on self-improvement, teamwork, and cooperation. Club members may display awards on vests, sashes, caps, banners, book bags, or t-shirts.
